FAQ

1.

How much does a real estate shoot cost?

The average 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with no pool will usually require around 15 photos, which would cost $160 for standard photos or $198 for high end photos.

The average 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with no pool will often need about 20 photos, which for standard photos is $195 and for high end photos is $245.

For larger homes and properties, the number of photos needed will increase to ensure all enticing aspects of the property are captured.

It is also highly recommended that you get a floor plan, as potential buyers find it very helpful being able to see how the rooms in your home are laid out. A floor plan for a one-storey home is only $80 and $130 for a two-storey home.

For twilight photos there is an additional fee of $95, due to the need to attend the shoot at evening time.

Travel outside Cairns (beyond Palm Cove or Gordonvale) may also incur additional expenses

2.

What’s the difference between standard photos and high-end photos?

Standard photos are taken using the available natural lighting. High-end photos are captured using both natural lighting and flash lighting, which can give slightly more accurate colours and lessen the shadows.

3.

How long will the shoot last?

A standard photos and floor plan shoot is usually completed in about one to two hours. Package shoots take longer.
